Tres Arroyos is part of a worldwide movement of the Christian church, which seeks to bring people who are in the church closer to Christ through Christian Communities in aciton. It proposes no new type of spirtuality, but simply a method by which one's spirituality can develop and grow and be shared. Tres Arroyos works to form groups of men and women who are Christian leaders and who will provide a backbone for Christian life in their church, community and in the world. Tres Arroyos is designed to make it possible to live in what is fundamental to being a Christian - to live in union with Christ and to share Christ with others. The mission of Tres Arroyos is to "equip disciples for Christ."

A Tres Arroyos weekend is an encounter with Christ. Once that is understood, then the power, beauty and joy of the Tres Arroyos movement will be understood. The Tres Arroyos method described and demonstrated on the weekend provides a means to continue in Christian growth after the weekend. The resulting Christian community is a group of men and women who live the Christian life, linked with Christ and supporting one another in their environment.
